VirtuosoNow’s packages are all-inclusive as detailed above with a per-user, per-month rate ranging from $99 – $225, based on package and number of users. From there, you may elect to add any of our add-on services to your package subscription. Prices vary by add-on service.
There is a one-time implementation fee based on the number of users in your VirtuosoNow subscription. This fee includes access to a dedicated implementation specialist who will help you seamlessly onboard your IT to VirtuosoNow. This specialist will be available to you for the duration of your onboarding and will lend their technical expertise to help you navigate the transition.
The choice is up to you. However, you should consider several key differences. Need support for applications and device troubleshooting? Want all of your employees to have a resource they can turn to, to submit their IT requests? Drowning in sysadmin or troubleshooting requests? You’ll want to go with the IT Platinum Package as IT Basic does not include these services.

VirtuosoNow supports a variety of devices running business-level Windows and Mac OS.
The implementation process is broken into phases, designed to give access to the platform as quickly as possible. A typical implementation takes 15 – 45 days from start to finish with the service desk being activated within 7 days. However, your partnership will set the timeline as we will need your help to ensure VirtuosoNow is set up for success, and we can work as quickly as you can.
